SimHive is an application that provides a virtual exhibition event platform technology. This application is designed to help event organizers expand their audience reach by hosting exhibitions virtually/online. It is equipped with a range of features intended to facilitate access to these events. SimHive collaborates with third-party event organizers to deliver virtual exhibitions powered by SimHive's platform technology, customized according to the preferences of the event organizers (hereinafter referred to as “products and services”).

PT Maulidan Teknologi Kreatif, as the owner and operator of the SimHive virtual exhibition platform website and application, and/or Event Organizers collaborating with SimHive (hereinafter collectively referred to as “we”), aim to provide the best experience to ensure you receive comprehensive information about the products and services we offer. Your personal information provided during registration for our products and services, along with activity records while using the products and services (hereinafter referred to as “personal data”), will be recorded, stored on the platform, and kept confidential.

We need to understand your information-seeking routines and activities while accessing our products and services to provide you with the best possible service. Your privacy and the security of your personal data are of utmost importance to us, as we respect and uphold the protection of your privacy rights. SimHive hanya berfokus kepada jasa penyediaan Platform Pameran Virtual sesuai dengan produk dan layanan yang telah dijelaskan pada poin di atas. Jika ditemukan penyalahgunaan nama SimHive atau mengatasnamakan nama SimHive untuk menawarkan jasa diluar hal tersebut serta melakukan kegiatan mencurigakan lainnya segera dapat menghubungi kami. Kami menghimbau kepada para pengguna agar BERHATI-HATI dan WASPADA terhadap segala bentuk indikasi atau modus penipuan yang mengatasnamakan SimHive. SimHive tidak bertanggung jawab atas setiap kerugian material maupun immaterial yang diderita oleh pihak-pihak yang dirugikan sehubungan dengan adanya penyalahgunaan/pencatutan nama atau identitas SimHive.

PERUBAHAN KEBIJAKAN PRIVASI

Kami berhak untuk mengubah, memodifikasi, menambahkan atau mengatur ulang Kebijakan Privasi dari waktu ke waktu.
